SHIPPING

If you’ve chosen the shipping option during the checkout process, your items will be shipped within 2 working days via RM Tracked 48. The postage charge is £3.35 or FREE if your order is over £75. 

Please note, FGF only offer shipping to addresses within the UK.

If you’ve chosen the local pickup option, you will receive an email within 24 hours stating when your order is ready to collect.

RETURNS

We really hope that you will love your FGF purchase. However, if it doesn't fit & you have purchased online via our website, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

We recommend using a tracked postage service with confirmation upon delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
